Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Magic List (the “Service”), including our chat/text assistant at reports.magiclist.agency and related web pages. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
The Service
Magic List helps real estate professionals research, draft, schedule, and send work through text and connected tools. Features may include property research, documents and creatives, account/billing pages, and optional Google Gmail + Calendar connection for email and calendar tasks you request.
Accounts
Access is typically linked to your phone number. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to that number secure. Provide accurate information for billing and support.
Acceptable use
- Use the Service for lawful real estate and related professional purposes.
- Do not abuse the Service (spam, harassment, scraping our systems, circumventing limits, or illegal activity).
- Do not misuse connected Google accounts — only connect accounts you are authorized to use, and only request actions you intend (sending email, creating events).
- You remain responsible for the content of messages and emails sent with the Service’s help.
Google services
If you connect Google, your use of Gmail/Calendar through Magic List is also subject to Google’s terms and policies. You can revoke Magic List’s access at any time in your Google Account settings. Our use of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed through our payment provider. Fees, renewals, and cancellations follow the plan you select and the provider’s checkout/portal. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable for partial periods.
AI and accuracy
Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. You must verify facts, comps, legal/compliance language, and client communications before relying on them. The Service does not provide legal, brokerage, or financial advice.
Intellectual property
Magic List’s branding, software, and materials are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to content you provide. You grant us a limited license to process that content to operate the Service.
Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or risk to the Service or others.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date will change when we post revisions.
